innogy IME and Advizzo implement innovative artificial intelligence-based Customer Engagement program in the Middle East

innogy International Middle East (innogy IME) and Advizzo Ltd implemented the largest customer engagement program in the Middle East. The program has been rolled out to residential water and electricity customers in the Emirate of Dubai.

 

The solution uses behavioural science, big data analytics and artificial intelligence to encourage customers to save water and electricity.
